It was a special honour for Aurora Network to take part in the Regional Summer School organised by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Skopje and the Wilfried Martens Centre for European Studies, held from 8–11 July in Ohrid.

As part of the programme, our Katerina Popovska led the workshop “Youth as Agents of Change: European Values and Local Action.” Together with participants from six countries across the region, we opened important conversations about personal and community values, the values of the European Union, active youth participation, local challenges, civic engagement, and the role of young people as drivers of positive change in their communities.

We are grateful to the organisers for their invitation and trust, and to all participants for their energy, enthusiasm, and inspiring ideas. Regional initiatives like this are a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn, and build new partnerships — the kind that help create stronger and more active youth communities across the region.
