Aurora Network is launching a new Erasmus+ small-scale project — Advancing Youth Work in the Green Transition — bringing together partners from Bulgaria, North Macedonia, and Türkiye to explore how youth work can help young people prepare for opportunities in the growing green economy.
Over the next 14 months, the partnership will co-create practical tools — including a Green Jobs & Youth Work Mentorship Framework, ready-to-use session plans, and green career-planning resources — that help youth workers mentor young people towards sustainable careers. Aurora Network will lead the international training course in Bitola and coordinate the Local Green Lab in North Macedonia.
All materials will be shared freely online. Learn more on our project page, and stay tuned as the project unfolds.
