A journey of new friendships, unforgettable experiences, and personal growth.

From 15–22 April 2025, our Macedonian team took part in the Erasmus+ youth exchange Permaculture in Daily Life, held in the peaceful Lika region of Veliki Žitnik, Croatia, alongside young people from four countries.

What we did

• Practised permaculture and organic gardening
• Meditation, yoga, and building self-esteem
• Learned about herbal medicine and how to boost the immune system
• Connected with young people from four different countries
• Found balance between mind and soul
• Discovered that nature gives freely, if we know how to receive it

This journey wasn’t only about being away from home — it was about realising you can build your own home using the gifts of nature. It was about learning new skills, working together, and building lifelong memories and friendships.
