Co-Flow – Connect and Flow

Sometimes the most valuable learning happens when we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and open our hearts to others.

About the training

From 20–27 June 2026, Aurora Network was proud to participate in the Erasmus+ training course “Co-Flow – Connect and Flow” in Veliki Žitnik, Croatia, hosted by our wonderful partners at Outward Bound Croatia. Our team of 4 participants joined youth workers from across Europe for a week filled with movement, creativity, nature, and meaningful learning.

What we explored

Through body awareness, breathwork, theatre improvisation, acro yoga, and outdoor experiences, we explored new ways to support emotional well-being, reduce stress, and bring embodiment practices into our work with young people.

Key takeaways

More than learning new methods and practical tools, this experience reminded us of the importance of being present, trusting others, and embracing spontaneity. Every challenge, shared activity, and conversation helped us grow both personally and professionally.

One of the most memorable moments of the training was celebrating the Summer Solstice through beautiful Latvian traditions. Sharing songs, rituals, and stories made this celebration truly magical and gave us the opportunity to experience another culture in a meaningful and heartfelt way.

Above all, we made new friendships and built meaningful international connections that we hope will grow into future collaborations. We return home inspired, grateful, and full of new ideas to bring into our youth work.

A heartfelt thank you to Outward Bound Croatia for the warm hospitality, inspiring programme, and unforgettable experience. Until we meet again!
